Ever­y­thing was per­fect on this trip! Mira­cles included! A chal­len­ging rou­te that deman­ded a lot from the dri­vers and vehic­les. We rea­ched the finish tog­e­ther and rai­sed the flag! Thanks to the team for the excel­lent orga­niza­ti­on and sup­port. Thanks again to ever­yo­ne who hel­ped with the repairs. Espe­ci­al­ly Abdul, becau­se wit­hout his spa­re part our HDJ80 would pro­ba­b­ly have remain­ed in the Saha­ra. See you soon — we could be on the road again right away.

A big thank you to ever­yo­ne who was invol­ved, i.e. Nils, Walid and the locals for the gre­at tour to the hig­hest dunes in Tuni­sia. Thumbs up to us, the par­ti­ci­pan­ts, too… we were a cool bunch. This also explains the incre­di­ble achie­ve­ment that we accom­plished. After 3 attempts, we made it to the “sum­mit cross” as a gui­ded group with vehic­les. Super! In addi­ti­on to the afo­re­men­tio­ned the­ra­peu­tic effect of the ups and downs, I will always remem­ber the group dyna­mics, the gre­at loca­ti­ons along the rou­tes (or off the bea­ten track) and the last meal at the camp. A real feast. Top and high­ly recom­men­ded!

By chan­ce, we came across NPL when we were loo­king for a tour during the school vaca­ti­ons and could­n’t have found it bet­ter! It was a plea­su­re to take part in the first Fami­ly & Fri­ends tour to Tuni­sia. We felt that both the expe­ri­en­ced off-roa­ders and we as desert new­bies had a lot of fun, also thanks to the sup­port of the gui­des and the group. The land­scape was impres­si­ve, the pro­gram pro­vi­ded varie­ty with many high­lights and the food was also excel­lent. All in all, an exci­ting, unfor­gettable trip, with the right mix of the best orga­niza­ti­on, but also fle­xi­bi­li­ty and a gre­at group, both the fel­low tra­vel­lers and the gui­des!!!! Thank you for a won­derful time!

Roma­nia is a coun­try that many off-roa­ders know. This time we wan­ted to give Ser­bia a try and it was real­ly worth it. The tour cor­re­sponds to the spe­ci­fied level of dif­fi­cul­ty, no winch is requi­red, but it is still a nice mix of gra­vel roads and some­what more chal­len­ging pas­sa­ges. Top sce­n­ery👍👍 The gui­des were very nice and hel­pful! The hotel cate­go­ries in Ser­bia are of cour­se not com­pa­ra­ble with Aus­tri­an or Ger­man stan­dards, but they are com­ple­te­ly ok. I would hap­pi­ly tra­vel with NPL again!

After tra­ve­ling the Bal­kans twice with Nils and NPL in recent years, this year it was the High­lands in Mon­te­ne­gro. First of all: — It was a real­ly nice tour. At the begin­ning we had some con­cerns due to the group size of more than 10 vehic­les, but ever­y­thing work­ed out won­derful­ly. The local gui­de Niko­la cho­se beau­tiful rou­tes and gre­at cam­ping spots and gave us lots of infor­ma­ti­on about the coun­try, peo­p­le and cul­tu­re. In addi­ti­on to the cont­act with local far­mers around the camp­fi­re every evening, he even estab­lished a radio con­nec­tion to the ISS — inte­res­t­ing. Nils in his inde­scri­ba­ble man­ner and Tom as co-gui­de took care of the group and cohe­si­on — as always very plea­sant and rela­xed. And as well as lear­ning about the coun­try, peo­p­le and cul­tu­re, we lear­ned a lot about repai­ring fan belts, fuel pumps and fil­ters, gears­hift lin­k­ages, star­ter motors etc.. A big thank you to Patrick, the mecha­nic in the group, who always found a solu­ti­on, regard­less of the brand. Once again, it was gre­at fun and the days went by far too quick­ly. Croa­tia is beau­tiful, the trip was very well con­s­truc­ted so we saw a lot in a short time. Tom is a bril­li­ant gui­de with lots of know­ledge of histo­ry and the ter­rain as well as being able to help with the off roa­ding. The off road tracks were chal­len­ging, some of them the most chal­len­ging we have dri­ven, and took us to some awe­so­me sce­nes. The cam­ping was fun and added extras like the night at Puma made this unfor­gettable. Thanks Tom!

We had a fan­ta­stic week in the moun­ta­ins of Croa­tia on easy over­land tracks, but also on modera­te­ly dif­fi­cult and some­ti­mes chal­len­ging tracks up to 1600 meters. Tom is a very careful gui­de who was always on hand with help and advice, even on the more chal­len­ging tracks. We lik­ed all the camp sites, 4x wild camp on lakes and in the moun­ta­ins, 3x CP. Many thanks for a gre­at expe­ri­ence, we will be hap­py to book with NPL again!

At first I was­n’t sure whe­ther the tour was sui­ta­ble for me and my vehic­le. But then Nils con­vin­ced me and I did­n’t reg­ret it. It was a gre­at tour and the winch got ple­nty of hours of use.

Tra­vel­ling with NPL was once again a dream, gre­at orga­niza­ti­on and par­ti­ci­pan­ts. It was all the­re again: swam­py mea­dows, mud­dy tracks in the forest and rides in the river­bed. All with the best gui­dance and sup­port from the gui­des. Many thanks for that.

Orga­niza­tio­nal­ly and soci­al­ly, as always, a “high­light”. NPL has also deve­lo­ped posi­tively in terms of the dri­ving expe­ri­ence in recent years.
