The cancellation costs depend on the time of your cancellation. The exact graduation can be found in our terms and conditions.

In the descriptions of the respective tours, under “Tour details” you will always find information about the vehicles for which the respective trip is suitable. If in doubt, please contact us, preferably by phone. This is the best way to clarify all technical requirements or individual questions about the tour and vehicle.

The regular booking acceptance ends 21 days before the start of the journey.

If you have made a last-minute decision, please contact us by phone on +49 (0) 176 217 291 38. If the minimum number of participants for the off-road tour has not yet been reached, we will of course try to accommodate your booking request at short notice.

By confirming the “Book now” button you will get to our two-stage booking process. After entering and confirming your personal data in the registration form, you will be taken to the next page, where you have to take note of the “Essential characteristics of the trip for pre-contractual information”, as well as further information on your most important rights according to Directive (EU) 2015/2302. The binding booking is then made using the “Register now and payable” button.

The execution of the tours depends on reaching the minimum number of participants. The individual minimum number of participants can be found in the travel descriptions in our tour calendar.

If you have any questions about the implementation, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on +49 (0) 176 217 291 38 or by email at info@npl-overland.eu .

We will send you detailed travel documents by post no later than 14 days after booking. We ask for your understanding regarding the waiting time, as we may be on tour with customers and our office will not be manned during this time.

When the minimum number of participants is reached or no later than 21 days before the start of the event, the implementation of the trip is certain. This trip is then marked in the tour calendar with “Trip is being carried out” .

Upon receipt of the travel documents, a deposit of 20% of the travel price is due for payment to our account within 14 days.

We ask you to pay the remaining amount unsolicited up to 6 weeks before the start of the journey.

In the case of bookings shortly before the start of the journey, the total price of the journey must be paid. A deposit is not required here.

To participate in all of our tours, you need an off-road vehicle or SUV with sufficient ground clearance, possibly off-road gear reduction and all-wheel drive, as well as good tires with sufficient tread and a fully-fledged spare wheel. We recommend AT (all terrain) tires as standard for our trips. Unfortunately, SUVs with low profile tires cannot take part in our tours.

The easiest way to do this is through our website. Here you can use the “Book now” button to access the booking form for every off-road tour.

In this input mask, all of the data we need are requested.

Of course, you are also welcome to contact us by e‑mail or phone to make your booking or to discuss unresolved questions.

The information on the level of difficulty on our website provides information about the previous knowledge required to participate in our trips.
