After entering and confirming your personal data in the registration form, you will be taken to the next page, where you must acknowledge the "Essential characteristics of the trip for pre-contractual information", as well as further information on your most important rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. The regular booking acceptance period ends 21 days before the start of the trip.

The information on the difficulty levels on our website provides information on the prior knowledge required to take part in our tours.

If you are traveling with a , you should already be reasonably familiar with your vehicle and have some off-road experience.

When traveling with two you should be confident in handling your vehicle and have a good command of standard off-road situations. These routes can include entangled passages, river crossings and deep washouts and holes. Steep uphill and downhill sections as well as contact with branches and twigs are possible.

When traveling with three you should be able to control your vehicle very well off-road. You should be familiar with how the technology works and how to handle your vehicle in difficult terrain. These routes include entangled passages, river crossings and deep washouts and holes. Very steep uphill and downhill sections and frequent contact with branches and twigs are possible. These slopes with difficult obstacles or large stones require riding skills.

To participate in all our tours, you need an off-road vehicle or SUV with sufficient ground clearance, possibly off-road reduction and four-wheel drive, as well as good tires with sufficient tread and a full-size spare wheel. We recommend AT (all terrain) tires as standard for our tours. Unfortunately, SUVs with low-profile tires cannot take part in our tours.

Under "Tour details" in the descriptions of each tour, you will always find an indication of which vehicles the tour is suitable for. If in doubt, please contact us, preferably by telephone. This is the best way to clarify any technical requirements or individual questions about the tour and vehicle.

As a rule, participants travel individually to the meeting point specified in the travel documents. Of course, we are happy to put participants in touch with each other if they wish to travel together.

If the minimum number of participants is reached or at the latest 21 days before the start of the event, the tour is confirmed. In the tour calendar, this trip will then be marked as "Taking place".

The implementation of the tours is dependent on the minimum number of participants being reached. The individual minimum number of participants can be found in the tour descriptions in our tour calendar.

If you have any questions about the implementation, please do not hesitate to call us on +49 (0) 176 217 291 38 or send an e-mail to info@npl-overland.eu.
